Five spacious, equipped vacation houses nestled in a beautiful tropical park-like setting located only 180m. (200 yds.) from PLAYA EL AGUA. You can either enjoy your own cooking or take a short walk to any of the more than 40 restaurants / bars along the beach. Taxis, buses, car  rentals, shopping, minimarket,  laundromat, money exchange and  tour offices are all just a short walk away.

A short drive away are a bank, ATM's, gas stations, a water park and full service supermarket that includes a butcher, a bakery and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (El Campo in El Tirano). We also provide bookings and reservations for scuba and snorkeling, horseback riding and deep sea fishing.

Each of the houses is more than 100m2 (1100 sq. ft.) with a large patio overlooking the TROPICAL GARDEN . There are two BEDROOMS, one bathroom with a hot water shower, kitchen and two sofa beds in the living room suitable for children. The KITCHENS are fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishes, cutlery, utensils, blender, automatic coffee maker, electric toaster and cleaning tools. The two bedrooms and the kitchen have ceiling fans. Fresh towels are provided daily  and clean sheets every 5 days.

All houses have DirecTV installed with 131 channels along with 19" colour TV's. The programming is in both Spanish and English and includes news (CNN International, BBC, CNNFN, Bloomberg, RTPI, CNN Español), movies, kids, major US network series and much more including 32 channels of music.

These are self service houses however we clean the bathroom daily. 
You have your own key for the exterior gate and there is PARKING in front of your house. Our MANAGER, Virginia (Gini), lives on the property and speaks both Spanish & English. 
Dan & Lira live just a few minutes away if you need them.

Each house can accommodate up to six persons but there is a maximum of 4 adults. These houses provide an economical way for singles, couples, families and groups to enjoy their Isla Margarita experience. Children are welcome however. NO PETS. While it may not suit everyone we would remind you that our properties are restricted to entry by registered guests only. We have taken this step as a security measure to prevent undesirables being brought onto the properties by unsuspecting guests.   Any one breaking this rule will be ejected with no refund. If you have met a Venezuelan on one of the introduction sites please do not ask us for a reservation. We do not accept new arrivals after 10.30 PM at night. This especially applies to the Montreal flight that arrives in the middle of the night or any ferry that is scheduled to arrive in Margarita late.
